Shipping Options:

  • FedEx Standard Overnight - 1 business day
  • FedEx 2-Day - 2 business days
  • FedEx Ground - 2 to 7 business days


NOTE: Please allow one additional business day for processing. Ground shipping is now available for all food items. We also offer the option of 2-day delivery and overnight delivery.



Shipping Times: Orders MUST be received before 12:00PM EST to ship same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST will be processed the following day. Perishable items only ship Monday-Tuesday for most Ground Services. Perishable orders placed after 12:00PM Tuesday may be held until the following Monday to avoid storage in FedEx warehouses over the weekend. If you have special circumstances or need rush shipping, please contact us to make arrangements, and we will do our best to accommodate. Our shipping facility hours of operation are 8:00am to 1:00pm EST. Normal business hours apply to all other matters. FedEx does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Delays may occur due to weather, availability, or during busy shopping periods. In some cases, items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same box. Nathan's Famous perishable food products will always ship separately from merchandise.



Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are based on the FedEx shipping rates, plus the cost of carefully packing your order. Please note that all hot dogs must ship in a cooler with dry ice, which calls for special handling by FedEx and results in increased shipping costs.



International Shipments: Due to customs regulations, we are not able to ship outside the U.S.



Exchanges: If you would like to exchange and item, please call us at 800-925-2416, and we will provide necessary information and directions on completing your exchange. Perishable items are not eligible for exchange - all sales are final.



Returns: If you would like to return an item, please call us at 800-925-2416 to receive the necessary information and directions for completing your return. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges as well as re-stock fee of 15% of your total merchandise to have the inventory returned to stock. If you return an item with contacting us ahead of time to receive return authorization, the return will be considered unauthorized, and you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. Perishable items are not eligible for returns - all sales are final.
